The All Africa Conference of Churches owns the following properties in Nairobi: LR. Number 209/7270,Westiands, Waiyaki Way On this plot is constructed the following buildings:
- Bishop Josiah Kibira House: This is commonly known as the "Main Building" for it houses the Secretariat. It is a four storey building with basement. Upper floors are used as offices with stores/archives and Chapel in the basement. The entire third floor is let out to Christian Aid. The remaining floors are owner occupied. The building is served with 300kva standby generator and adequate water supply.
- Sir Francis Ibiam House: Referred as the "Commercial Building". It is a seven storey building with two apartments let out as offices. Some of our flagship tenants here are: Action Aid International Kenya; Action Aid Sippaa, ETC East Africa Ltd, AC Nielsen Kenya; Christian Reformed World Relief, Norwegian Church Aid; Lutheran World Relief, New Sudan Council of Churches, Oikocredit EDO etc. The building boasts of some of the major International Organizations and NGOs. - Directors House: This is part single and part double storey residential house which has been converted in to offices. It is currently let out as offices to Poverty Eradication Network.
- Church World Service Building: The building comprises two mansionettes and one apartment. Although the design is that of residential, the demand for office accommodation has resulted into change of user to that of offices. The entire building is let out to Church World Service
