The All Africa Conference of Churches is an ecumenical fellowship representing more than 120 million Christians in 39 African countries working to make a difference in the lives of the people of Africa through ministries of advocacy and presence on the continental, regional and local levels.
Oikocredit being a church based organisation should give most money to churches. This is the challenge that was sounded by Mr. B.G. Mawudor, AACC Deputy General Secretary, when he participated at the Oikocredit Annual General Meeting held in the Netherlands from June 10-12, 2009.
Workers, especially those entrusted with leadership, have been advised to be of good conduct and character at their work place. This advice was given by Mr. Bright Mawudor, the Deputy General Secretary of the All Africa Conference of Churches (AACC)
Mr. Chairman, Distinguished delegates, as you may be aware, humanity faces a critical, viral challenge due to increasing warming of the atmosphere, primarily caused by climate change.
In April 1963, we, as the All Africa Conference of Churches (AACC) came to be as an affirmation of the churches on the continent to this pan-African call for greatness, unity and hope.
We, the General Committee of the All Africa Conference of Churches (AACC), comprising of 39 representatives from 34 African Countries, meeting at the AACC Head Quarters in Nairobi on March 24-27, 2009, deliberated on the present situation in Sudan and issued the following statement:
