Conclusion
Abidjan
served to look back at the first 6 years of the AACC. The
Assembly noted both areas of progress and areas needing
reform, with a strong focus on restructuring. While the
enthusiasm the Assembly had witnessed at Kampala was still
present, it was held in check by financial realities and the
large number of goals lying ahead of the AACC. Finally,
Abidjan called for accountability of every individual and
nation, preparing the way for the next 5 years of in the life
of the AACC.
